Anyone want to have fun with another ebay scammer?

Here is my question to him:
<< <i> hey butthead,
1994 pro line live autos are numbered as well. so you might want to add a number next to your pathetically fake Emmitt sigs. >>
His answer:
<< <i>Listen, Dickstick
how did I make that card....
f@*khead >>
link
He is taking regular non auto'd pro line cards and scribbling Emmitt's sig on them. Then for the auction pic he takes a real auto'd card and just shows the back of it next to his fakes. I would hate for someone to get ripped by this loser.

<< <i>Hey guys just to let you know, most the times companies make extras with no serial number so if somebody were to send the card in because it is damaged then they would number the unnumbered card they have and put the same exact number that yours was and supposed to destroy your damaged card. Somehow these cards must have come out to the public and it is very common for a person to have multiples because they got them from the same place. Just like those people who bought lots of autographed cards from Fleer when they went out of business and they had unnumbered cards that were serial numbered in the packs. I do know however some people who buy these unnumbered autographed cards from the companies or wherever they buy them from and they put a fake numbering such as the players jersey number or the first of or last. I know top sellers on ebay doing this, don't ask me why since they have 1000's of feedbacks but they do. At best this guy is going against ebay rules and trying to sell them off ebay but other than that its pritty leget, I have had lots of experience with this kind of situation so I know about it. I can see how you must have felt seeing this card because you didn't know about it but its perfectly ok. Of course I do Basketball cards and not Football but I think the rules are all the same. Hope that helped
This is not what is going on here. These are fakes, nothing legit about this auction.

What makes you say that? How do you know? Maybe he is a scammer and maybe hes not, i'm not positive but I told you what I know about cards like this and from my experience I would say the cards are ok. What makes you think these are fake? I would like to know so maybe I can real a new thing or two
<< <i> i'm not positive but I told you what I know about cards like this and from my experience I would say the cards ok >>
...and I told you that is not the case here and you are 100 % wrong.
Here is a real Emmitt auto on a real 1994 Pro Line Live auto card:
1.Notice where the auto is on the real card, on the bottom.
2.Notice what color the ink is. Every 1994 Emmitt Smith Pro Line Live card is signed in blue ink.
3.Notice Emmitt's real sig compared to the fake. I'm sure you can see the difference.
Still think its real?

Maybe first off he's the biggest emmitt smith collector on these boards and I think I would be safe to say he has more than 20 legit emmitt signatures so he has comparables.
Maybe the next reason that he might think the emmitts are fakes has to do with the feedback where a buyer of this seller's garbage posted a followup that psa had rejected his auto ball as fake and the seller's response was that he sold it AS IS WITH LOST COA!
I don't know you but unless your name is emmitt smith I would believe Matt. He knows what he's talking about and if he says they're fake they're fake.

I hate to hear of scammers just out to screw someone.
Lessons learned...A few years ago I bought a 1995 BAP Hockey Autographed Wayne Gretzky Die-cut from a guy on FEEBAY. When the card showed up at my house. I looked at the back of the card and hoped to see the gold foil hologram diamond that Upper Deck put on all to the Die-cut versions. The copy I have recieved was the Silver diamond version that someone just (Die-cut the card with a pair of scissors). I emailed the seller and explained the problem. I also asked the seller for a refund and he told me all sales were final. I than emailed and told him I would contact FEEBAY and Paypal to open a dispute. He replied and said good luck. Well good luck was on my side when I explaned the problem to Paypal and looked very close to the pictures in his auction. I could see in the picture he had in his auction that the corners of the Die-cut had a little fuzz on two corners. I scanned the card and forward the pictures to him and Paypal. His account was suspended that same day. Three days later I recieved a email from the seller to send the card Back. Ten days after contacting Paypal I recieved a refund including shipping.

This is great information for new collectors like myself.
Good eye guys... keep em coming!
<< <i>Well I didn't know about his feedback saying that he sold fakes before so I guess they are fake? Did they ever come out with that card unsigned? Was there a regular version of that card that wasen't signed or something? If so, then he probably sign it himself but if theres not an unsigned card out there like that then I don't know what to tell you. Why would this guy try to sell 5 of them for only $100? I mean if he is scamming why only $100 and not $1,000 or $10,000? I mean he pulled the auction so I guess something was up but he got to be reallu bumb for trying to scam $100 lol. It there fake then good job, you just savwed somebody from a fake card
They have a regular unsigned card and a signed card that has a different back. Like Matt said, the guy showed a regular front that he signed himself, and the back of a different autographed insert from that set (they're all the same on the back).
The guy didn't know enough or bother to check that all the autos in that set are individually numbered.
When Matt pointed that out the guy swore at him and deleted the auction.
The easiest way to cheat someone is to sell something fake and price it low. This guy was clearly trying to sell the cards off-ebay and put up a ridiculously low price to get the job done.
I hope he didn't end it early because somebody bought them off-ebay. If they did they have no protection from anybody.

Hey, is it too late to say Lawnmower was right?????
<< <i>his "2" is pretty consistent... >>
Yes,with a close auto the 2 is usually the giveaway. That said check out the sig and the "22" on the bottom left card. The auto does not look right either.
I have never, ever seen an Emmitt "22" like this. Sadly its graded
