Loading a Pic to the Registry Question

I tried to load a pic for the first time to the registry. I got an error saying I exceeded the 100k limit. The pic the scanner took is about 270k What is the best way to get my pic to 100k or less?

You should be able to size the scan BEFORE you make it...........or resize the scan after you make it. ( with the proper software)

Paint Shop Pro is a good program for all the editing for your pictures.

Thanks. I had ZoomBrowser software from my camera and was able to resize with that.
  • there is an even easier way to resize ur pics/scans - open ur pic in paint - go to edit ( on the menu bar ) then "select all" - after the whole pic is selected go up to image ( on the menu bar ) then "stretch/skew" - in the box that opens u can choose to shrink the horizontal/vertical aspects of ur pic by any % you need ( just make sure u downsize the horizontal and vertical by the same amount or ur pic will be offset
