Pop report update

How often do they update the population report ? I assume that the only numbers that are close to being accurate are the 10s.

    I had a 63 jello killebrew graded last week... and it was the first card ever graded...
    and it showed up on there a couple days ago... it is psa 3...

    they typically update on Mondays of each week
    I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

    So most of the people who are resubmitting are send in the old flips to have them removed ?
