Question to silver panda collectors, why big jump on 2003 silver panda?

I noticed the price jump on 2003 silver panda

APMEX is @$49.95 and coastcoin is @$59.95

Does anybody know why? Not too long ago, it was same as 2002, 2004, 2005.
