About what time will we get our first peek at the 2008 cards, especially Topps?

I'm always curious as to what the Topps cards for the upcoming year will look like especially.

Anybody know when we'll get our first look at the '08 cards?

So I guess does anyone (those who can do graphic design and such) want to make proposals as to what 2008 Topps might look like? My pick would be to redo the colorful border design like they did for 1975, seeing as how the 2007 set was no doubt inspired by the 1971.
