PayPal - $200 Buyer Protection Question

Has anyone won an item for more than $200, paid for the item through PayPal, then never received the item...but then filed with PayPal to get the $200 Buyer Protection maximum back...and received it, then contacted your credit card company to get the balance of the amount over $200?
Does PayPal frown on you going back to your credit card company to get the balance of what you are rightfully owed?
It seems like this came up in a thread sometime over the last few months, but just want to know anyones experience with it.
Thanks.

PS..Withdraw your Paypal money first as they have been know to freeze accounts for various reasons
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
luckily I insured it myself... but she wanted me to pay her and wouldnt co-operate with filing insurance..
anyway... I had already transfered the money... and they charged my credit card the amount of the transaction
finally this customer released the claim ( and became a non registered user ) they refunded it.. but it took 3 weeks of waiting
just my little horror story... but removing the cash won't do anything... they will just charge you for it

However if you have your Ebay payments set up or another payment set up to automatically come from your account you give them permission to do this they just piggyback the negative balance onto the payment amount
