Does anyone know anything about Jacob Abraham medals (from the Berlin Jewish Museum)
I had some extra time this evening, so I took a walk to the Berlin Jewish Museum. It was quite a powerful museum, especially the parts about the Holocaust. I was surprised that there were quite a few coins and medals in the museum, too (this museum was a history of Jews, and not specifically about the WWII era). I learned quite a lot.
They had a large display of 72 medals by someone named Jacob Abraham from the 18th and 19th century. Given the size of the display, I assume that this person was a pretty prominent medal maker. Does anyone have any more information about these medals?
Here is a picture of some of the medals:

On the way, I stopped by and saw Checkpoint Charlie and the Berlin Wall (what's left of it). Again, I was saddened by the fact that there was a Starbucks right next to the checkpoint (at least it was in West Berlin).
