1943 Liberty Walking half grade opinions please

I just upgraded this coin in my type set. I was going to sell this on ebay and I know it is not worth much but I am trying to learn to grade coins and I am using the 19th edition of photograde. Please educate me on grading. I say this is around a VF-20? What say you?
