I'm not complaining but I am confused

I put in a sub for the FB special on 9/16. I put a second one in on 9/27. Because I couldn't wait that long for them to come back I put in a 3rd on 9/27 at full price 10 day. Today the 2nd FB special pops.

I think that has been one of the biggest frustrations with the Monthly specials, first in is not first out.....

I must be lucky too, I only put one sub for the special in on 9/28 and it poped yesterday. Sucks that others got theirs in sooner and are still waiting.

It would be nice if they prioritized the specials somewhat. For one, earlier submissions should go out before later ones. They could put limitations on qty. like if you had a 300 card order, there may be some 50 card orders that go out before yours that were submitted later. They could put a limit of 100 card orders for orderly turnaround. And qty's above that would be up in the air. All I know is I had a 20 card order from the June special that took 3 months. That doesn't seem right.

I feel that this problem is something PSA better get a hold on and fast. If you go to your local grocery and buy a shopping cart full of food and while waiting at the checkout counter they randomly start putting people in front of you with less or more items without explaining their reasoning for it you would probably be pissed. Same holds here on these specials they have to start addressing the orders based on there arrival at PSA and forget the size of the orders or whatever it is they use as a criteria for shelving certain orders. Incidently I am not talking about orders that have admiistrative errors or problems as that would be a legitimate reason to delay their entry into the system.

This is the great, glaring failure in terms of PSA's business model.
