Is that how you spell his name? image

Unbelievable game. In the past few years, the Cowboys would have just rolled over and died being down like that.

I think this is gonna be a great year!

Congratulations on playing a buffoon for a coach and defensive coordinator for defending against the 30-yard pass over the middle instead of the defending the more situationally dangerous 5-yard pass to the sideline.
  • Well let's not forget to congratulate the Bills' QB for throwing that pick down inside the Cowboys' 20.....that was the game breaker, all they had to do was kick a field goal and they win the game.

I think you mean congrats on coming back and winning a game.

What are you a Bills or Eagle fan?
  • Neither, simply saying that the Bills win that game if he doesn't make that terrible throw...and as much of the blame being heaped on the Bills' D needs to be dumped on the Bills' QB.

Disagree. A physical mistake is more forgivable to me than a blatant tactical coaching error. And letting the Cowboys rip off a couple of short ones instead of defending the sidelines at all costs and allowing a 25-yard pass up the middle was just bad coaching in that situation.

I wasnt referring to you Brian, I referring to the "blame it all on the coach guy" (ziggy29).

I could care less who was making the play calls, or what defense they chose to play. Bottom line is the Cowboys didnt give up. They overcame a 6 turnover night by their qb and a good size deficit.

Maybe the Bills would have won if ziggy29 was making the play calls.

What do you think ziggy29? You think you could have pulled out that win?

If there's one thing I can't stand - it's happy Dallas Cowboys fans. image

Bring back Bill Parcells and Drew Bledsoe - Please. image

How the hell do I know? What a stupid, asinine question.

Let's say I call the defense. Maybe they would have executed it; maybe they wouldn't. But it seems obvious to me that "defend the deep pass" was obviously the wrong call instead of "defend the sidelines." No time outs? 13 seconds left at the 47? The worst things you can do are (a) let them get in the end zone and (b) get out of bounds in field goal range. Let them do ANYTHING else. Not those two things.

My defensive call may not have changed the game. But I'd feel secure that it was the right call under the circumstances. There's no way a completed pass that doesn't get out of bounds doesn't end the game.

Look, it was a great win by the Cowboys. It was ugly and Romo was horrible but they did what they needed to do when they did it, and that onside kick was a thing of beauty. I don't even have a horse in this race. I just can't believe how stupid that defensive alignment was.

    Fair enough ziggy29 image

Wrong calls or not, still a great win. Good teams find ways to win.

Wow, what a finish! Who would have thought that TO not making the 2-pt conversion would be a blessing in disguise?

Agree with Kornheiser also that the call a time out just when the ball is snapped on the FG is a bad rule. Nice to see Folk nail it on the second try.

The only time I'll ever congratulate the Cowboys is when their franchise folds, Texas Stadium and their new stadium is demolished, and the ground over it is salted and fenced off with barbed wire so that nothing ever grows there or is built on that ground again!

I am impressed for the most part by that rookie QB. He plays under control and makes good decisions, they probably shoud just be running the ball at the end of the game, I mean it is his 2nd career start. But for just being a kid , and not a top pick, thrown out there in midseason I applaud him. Bills played a helluva game, and it shouldn't have been that close due to the talent discrepency. Kudos to the Bills for playing tough at home even when way overmatched.
