Buffalo messed up that last possession of the first half, IMO. Terribly.

They shouldn't have tried such a long FG with this much time left and give Dallas the ball near the 50. They should have lined up to go for it and hoped the Cowboys would let the clock run down, and then take a delay of game and punt with 15-20 seconds left. Hell, they would have been better off going for it. The Buffalo FG attempt went wide right, as is apparently destiny with the Bills.

Once the Bills didn't put their offense out there, the Cowboys calling time out was a no-brainer. And that was too long an FG to chance with a 10 point lead heading to halftime. That bad clock management led to three Dallas points, IMO.

It's amazing that after all the mistakes Dallas has made, that they are within one score of tying this game.

  • Not really. As a Bills fan of many, many, years. I think it's starting to become normal.

After Kelly, Thomas, Reed, Smith, Talley, Bennett, Hansen, Davis, Lofton, Hull, Conlon, and the rest of the crew started to retire or go different ways. It has been rough. Each season being a bigger joke than the next.

    Sad, Sad, Sad.
    Man I miss the 80's!!!
