    I don't know about the blue color. Could be toned or artificially cameoed. Interested in seeing better pics.

  • I'd give it a dip in jeweluster when you get it in an effort to remove the pvc haze which appears to have accumulated heavily on the bell especially. It appears to have slight cameo contrast, but that may be exacerbated by the haze.

    I'd try MS70 before the jeweluster. Less harm to possible cameo surfaces.
