Yet another TPG gaff

We've talked about missed attributions by the TPGs before, but there is just no excuse for this:

At the very least, they should be able to properly identify the denomination. I realize that this is just what the TPGs would call a "packaging error", but this is inexcusable. How can we accept that they closely scrutinized the grade if they do not even know what the coin is.
Having said that, it is kind of a neat oddity.
