Original text: Buyer says he is US-based, but when I OK'ed the offers, it turned out his address was HK.
He may be a legit guy, but I don't like it when there is a stealth location hidden. I can't insure a shipment to HK.
I suspect ebay will not require me to complete the transaction, but I'll wait for the ruling.
When I find out more, I'll report back.
Transaction completed, had US address (on PayPal, but not confirmed. However, since I shipped the order US registered, I was not worried about the PayPal seller protection policy. He is no longer blocked.
