Any cool coin shops in the Wichita KS area?

Im making my annual trek to the Sunflower state in a few weeks...Ultimately, I will be tailgating at Arrowhead

Anyone know of any nice, reputable shops I can poke around in?

Yes! My favorite is Phil's Coins, on the west side of town. A little bit of everything, very collector friendly, and fun. A place for kids and experts alike. Also, Phil and Linda give probably the best prices - buying or selling - in the area.

On the east side, Equity Numismatics has good stock, too, and very experienced staff.

If you're in Hutchinson, Salt City Coins on the main drag is worth visiting.

Well ... I see my suggestions for Kansas have already been covered ... tho' the Johnson County Numismatic Society has their annual show coming up Oct 13th & 14th ... in Lenexa of all Places.

'course I won't mention that on the first Sunday of October and November the monthly coin show will be at the Clarion hotel across I-70 from Arrowhead Stadium ... both dates are Chiefs home games of course ...

Thanks so much weresteve & tychojoe....Wichita is probably the better for me.

Nov 4th is when I will be out there for the Chiefs game, but I don't know if I can ditch 22 other tailgaters for the coin show (although, I wish I could).
