WTB - 1 coin needed to complete my Dansco 7070!!

The very last hole in my Dansco 7070 is a Seated Liberty Quarter. I'm looking for a common date (1843-1847) in the price range of $100-$200. It needs to be problem free, certified or raw. PayPal is my preferred payment method.

PM or email (millertime@mindspring.com) prices and pictures, if possible.

Why 1843-47, specifically? Isn't the Dansco hole for No Motto? In which case, why not an 1850s non-arrows coin?

Actually the only requirement is that it's before 1853 since the coin right next to it is the 1853 w/arrows. I don't like the dates to jump ahead. I picked 1843 - 1847 because it looked like a common run.

I understand. I was the same way, but as I recall, I ended up with an 1857 quarter.

I have just spent 30-40 minutes looking ALL OVER the Internet on your behalf. Ebay has the widest selection, but everything there right now is either crap, or overpriced, or both.

I did a quick search on eBay last night and found nothing I liked at all. I really would like to buy from a forum member but if I don't find anything I like here or at a coin show this weekend I might end up buying one form Dick Osburn's site.

    Thanks for looking,

These early std quarters are probably tougher to find in decent condition than most people, and the price guides, realize.
I had a further constraint in that I wanted either the first or second year of issue, and it took me a couple of years to find a nice 1838. Good luck with your search!
