Sometimes the Mint can actually get it right... Kudos for once...

The Story Title could be this... "I thought I was screwed"
August 30th... I was sitting dialing the phone like everyone else... busy... busy... busy... finally at about 1:30pm... I'm in! I placed my order and went on happily for the rest of the day proud of my handiwork.
Several Weeks go by and I was the unfortunate victim of Credit Card Identity Theft. Went through the motions to get my cards changed over. Moved quick and feeling good.
Like most, I would check the Mints site several times a day just waiting for the the On Hold to switch to in process! But alas... not yet... But wait i said... Which Card did i use to place that order back on that faithful August Day?
I went back to check and to my HORROR... the card that was cancelled! Oh @#$@#% I said... so I picked up the phone and called the mint... (no busy this time) The nice lady answered the phone and I explained my dilemma. She said that she will take my info and pass it on to Washington... Takes about 6-8 weeks to process she said... likely will be cancelled... I said eh? but was very nice and understanding through the whole process. Hung up the phone and spent the rest of the day saddened by my stroke of bad luck. Fast Forward 1 week later.... DING DONG. Hummm... who could that be? FedEx... I don't remember ordering anything... but that label sure looks familiar... Let's just say I am filling out the PCGS submissions forms right now
Moral... sometimes.... just maybe... things can work out.
