How do you retire a set?

Greg, you would have to e-mail PSA and request that they delete your retired all-time finest before you could use any of those cards for the same type Registry set. Obviously, you would still have to own them in order to be able to re-enter the cert numbers and start a new set.
So no you can't un-retire a set, but you can re-start a set. I did this on some of the all-time team sets I put together over the summer. One negative to that is if you have a blue star saying that you previously won the set, it goes away when you re-start.

Talk with Cosetta at PSA. She's un-retired a couple of sets for me in the past.
