Does anyone have Joe Orlando's E-mail Address

Hi,

I had it previously but I am wondering if anyone has Joe Orlando's e-mail address at Collector's Universe.I can't take the pathetic customer service reps anymore trying to explain why my 5 day submission is now on Day 15 and the fact that I have now recieved 90 items back that I submitted 1-2 weeks after this one. They were also submitted on the 5 day submission pricing. They took from 6-8 days which I consider acceptable.Three times the approx. lead time is not.And yes these are working days. There also is no isssue with the submission,I have checked 3 times on that.

Needless to say I am also with many of you and waiting for 120 items submitted in June.I kind of have given up checking on those. However this not only ties up an incredible amount of inventory dollars for me but also of course my credit card was charged at the time of submission not at the time the service will be performed.Another $700 -$800 tied up for now 3 1/2 months excluding inventory costs. As you can guess I am a pretty serious dealer not just a collector and these types of unacceptable service times with absolutely no explanations or ways to get any answers make it very difficult to formulate my weekly E-Bay offerings which run between $2,500 - $8,000 a week.Needles to say I have a lot of dollars tied up in inventory which is pretty much useless unless it is graded.Once again I understand all times on specials are approx. but there has to be some sort of guidelines. The other problem is the other grading services are no better with much worse websites, registries, pop report info. etc.But that is still no excuse for shabby customer service.

Also while I am posting on this message board I would like to throw some kudos out to the PSA customer service reps that typically work the trade shows especially the National in Cleveland. In particular Carol was absolutely amazing with the help she gave me with some of my submissions and reholders. She typically works most of these tradeshows and is a tremendous representative for PSA.I can only hope that if she isn't already she at one point would be in charge of all customer service since I believe she is the best I have ever dealt with in this industry. Thanks again Carol for all your help.
