PSA submission question?

So basically for a card that is older than 1972, it's $15 per card or $13/card for the 5 day special? That is, unless you have enough for one of the bulk services?

    CORRECT!
  • It better be a sweet card to send in one at a time. Add the $14 postage and you're up to $30 a card. Best advice: Wait for a special that lowers the number to send in to 10 or 25 for $5... Find some more nice examples and wait for the next baseball special which probably won't be until Spring Training!

  • If the card is worth enough $$, I have found that I get pretty quick pops on the $13/card special. If you send in 10-20 cards or so, you end up paying roughly $15/card, which I think is reasonable if you want a speedy turnaround. I personally don't want to wait 3+ months on a special, so the extra $10 per card is worth it to me. Of course, this is on some fairly high dollar material. If I get down to the less valuable or lower condition cards, then I might try a $5 special at some point.
