HELP QUICK!!!

I want to by this card and it is a sgc 96 but it doesnt show 9 under neath it.. what does this mean??? I want to cross it to psa but not sure why the # grade isnt listed.. help

Just a little older. They started putting the 1-10 grade on a few years after they started grading - no biggie.
