Beware of this Ebay Seller

Well over a month ago I won a lot of reggie white cards from sportsvaluesz on ebay. I sent him the money via paypal about a day after the auction. three weeks later still no cards. i send my standard email inquiring about the cards. his response was that he would check into it. over a week passes and no response back. so i file the initial paypal claim. again no response to paypal complaint. i will add, that another ebay that i had a deal with at the same time fell into the same spot at the same time. i heard back from him after the paypal claim and got the items. however, sportsvaluesz never respond. a week later i esclated the claim. paypal sided with me and i got my money. so i leave negative feedback, stating never got items, didnt respond to emails had to file claim. well a few days after that i got an email from sportsvaluesz saying that he would like me to remove my feedback, as responded to my emails and refunded my money. well he did respond to one email, but paypal refunded my money. i do nothing in response. then two days ago i notice that i had more feedback, i check and low and behold he negs me. why because i neg'd him. so i file a complaint with ebay's system. their response is that the only way to get the neg removed is to have both parties remove their feedback. what a scam. i am done with the feedback system on ebay. at least i responed to his neg of me on my feedback. so i am no longer 100% due to retalatory feedback.

i just want everyone to beware of what type of seller sportsvaluesz is.

Jay, it's ok - it's a badge of honor you got for telling the truth about a bad ebayer. If more people did that and weren't afraid of ruining their perfect feedback there would be more warnings about bad sellers and buyers.

Your 1 neg won't affect any potential buyers or sellers at all.

i have had the same problem with a seller before i had 100% feedback after 1500 + transactions..a guy leaves me a neg after i left him one...it bothered me at first but after a while you know you did the right thing so who cares..just my thoughts terry

I got my neg because I was selling some tickets to a baseball game. The buyer would not pay unless I sent the tickets first.
