Its Oct 1st. How is Ebay's new policy on TPG's working?

If you come across an auction that has found a way around Ebay's new TPG's listing rule please post here for discussion.

<< <i>Okay, just so I understand, eBay's new policy is that only NGC and PCGS slabs can be sold? Am I correct? >>
No. Any coin can be sold. Only five, however, can be called certified and have the grading service and numeric grade in the title - PCGS, NGC, NCS, ANACS, and ICG.

Thanks for clarifying. I did see a number of SEGS slabs on eBay this past weekend.
There are a lot of raw coins that still refer to PCGS Price guide prices (And some World Coins using Krause Values) in the description.
Saw one raw coin that had PCGS Value in the title. (It's an eBay store, not sure if the rules carry over to them)
I saw a few that didn't have full front and back pictures for PCGS/NGC coins, some that did the close-up of the coin with a cropped label in between.
Some pics have the cert # blacked out in the picture (but listed in the auction). Not sure if that would be a violation.
I think 50 people could have a full time job reading all the auctions, I"m sure there are plenty that could/would/should get pulled good luck to whoever is in charge of that.

<< <i>Well, there are still hundreds of SGS and WCG coins listed with the grade and grading service in the title. Of course these two particular SSSer's do HUGE eBay volume, which means HUGE eBay fees adding to eBay's bottom line. Not that I'm cynical, or anything.

<< <i>I counted 17 Aboncom auctions listed this morning that were listed using SGS in the title and listed on Oct. 1st. He now has zero SGS listed coins for today
there are a whole bunch of sellers that just listed SGS garbage today, including some 'liveauctions'. maybe we should report them?
They are calling others "gem uncirculated" though, I'm not sure if that's going to fly or not.

Yeah, I can't believe anybody actually buys that stupid service from sitepal. Do they actually thing it's beneficial for a business to put this lame crap on their site?

<< <i>This SSSer also still has a bunch listed that violate the policy.
And, I know that one has been reported.

Nothing listed on Oct. 1st. He got the clue.
You still have people like this:
eBay Link
and this:
Another eBay Link
who put up pictures of PCGS holders, just not the one you are bidding on.
From what I understand, this is not allowed within the new guidelines.

This joker has NGC in the title yet pictures of an NNC Morgan. Of course when asked he said it was a simple mistake. The auction is still active however.
