eTopps encapsulated?

Was anyone aware that PSA is now encapsulating eTopps? Last time I checked, they were going to stay away from slabbing those cards. Note the serial number on the slab. Very interesting. Any comments? If someone could please help me out with posting the link, it is Ebay auction number 320164305637.

    I sent in 4 etopps cards on my last submission. No problems.

    Appears that they crack them out of the eTopps slab, and place them in a traditional PSA slab. Is this the case?

    Not that I am interested in sending my 50-Michael Vick 2001 eTopps rookies to PSA any longer! image

    PSA has always graded etopps cards. Why would the "stay away" from doing this?

    Yeah. I've sent in numerous Etopps cards to be graded. There are even Etopps registry sets...unless you are talking about PSA cracking them out themselves. I've always cracked em out and submitted them in CS 1s...
    Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

    I had always assumed that eTopps could be cracked out and submitted. I am wondering if anyone has sent
    in their eTopps in the existing slab with the eTopps label affixed, and had them broken out by PSA?

    You have to take them out of the holders yourself. They wont crack and grade them if you dont.

    I really don't know if they can be submitted encased. I know BGS lets you.
