If the players sign, this site will tell you. Definitly worth at least a test month.

In my sig is my TTM collection, which I got by using that site.

You might want to check out sportscollectors.net

Last I checked it was $15 per year and they show a success rate for each player. It also shows if the player charges a fee and how long it typically takes for the player to return your item. Definately well worth it in my opinion.
