The previous 3 ebay sales for a PCGS MS-68 Goodacre were $860.00, $676.00, and $910.00 respectively. Are Heritage bidders just blindly loyal, is this an inefficient market, or is there something else at work here? The auction was started at $700.00 and the first bidder bid $1,100.00. What gives?
