you only overpaid if any by $10 or 15. The card alifaxwa2 is referring to was listed in major league baseball cards, hence the super low price. Anyone who wants to sell me their PSA 8 for $38 feel free to contact me.

I just started tracking this card and hadn't seen a PSA 8 sell yet, so I didn't know what is fair. Wish I had known, certainly would have bid more on that one.

Thanks for the info drewsef. I picked it up at Sportsfest last year for $75. I thought it seemed like a fair price for a nice looking 8.
