Haze?? on modern gold coins

Has anyone heard of this happening? It has been in the safe for some time now. Can it be dipped?
It has not been in water or other natural disasters. Just a sunny California safe.

what coin is this? looks like the REV of 1 commem and the REV of another... is this 1 coin? if so this is NOT from the US Mint.

Yes, they are two different reverse's. The obverse's are fine

I am sorry about that. I was so shocked about the haze on the two coins. I did not post it correctly.
I posted the new pic's to include obverse and reverse of both coins.

I have numerous proof gold similar to these. they seem to also develop this kind of haze as well as toning. The two you have shown are very common coins with mintages in the hundreds of thousands. If the haze bothers you, you may just want to sell them on ebay and purchase new ones without haze. They are basically worth bullion spot price and are easily replaced for s;ightly ove gold spot price. Not sure about dipping them though, you may be able to clean them up, but I would guess that the haze would just return.
