When did PCGS start giving the actual reasons for a DNC status?

I just looked at a submission I placed in 2005 that originally just had "DNC"... I look today for kicks and I now see "cleaning." When did they change this? It's kind of cool....

I noticed it after Ron Guth became President of PCGS. Also, if a crossover comes back bb
it has a sticker on the back of the slab stating the reason now.
