I was going through a bunch of 43 cents

can someone post a pic of a repunched MM? I have about 10 that look like they could be repunched.....TIA

That photo is but ONE of 22 different RPMs known for 1943D cents. Just because it doesn't look like THAT ONE doesn't at all mean it's not an RPM.
Now...I will say that 1943 was en exceptionally bad year for cents. The dies wore much faster than with other years, and in ways that no other year wore out. One of those ways was to develop a shadow ridge to the east or southeast of the primary mintmark. One way to tell the difference between this and a true repunched mintmark is to look at the date, especially the 4. If that digit (or any of them) have the same "doubling" effect, then you probably have die wear...and that's most likely the case of what you have.
But DO NOT discount your coins as nothing JUST because they don't match one of 22 different repunched mintmarks.
Here's how to see the rest of them:
Go to my site, www.coppercoins.com.
Look on the left, click "die variety search".
Enter '1943' in the first date block.
Check the box for Denver mint.
Check the box for "mintmark variety"
Click "submit".
