    Is that a mint set or a proof set? Looks like a proof set. Are you talking about the spotting?
    Hard to tell from the pics what you are asking about.
    You can return the set for a replacement if you are unhappy with it. I returned one of my proof
    sets this year for a similar problem.

    Top photo the big spot looks like a crater dug into coin on the reverse the two middle fingers has some kind of breake or crater.The thing is they are both in same place on each side of coin.Everything else is just dust on case.It's a proof mint set
