ANACS "new" new holder or fake?

What's with THIS??? A new holder DIFFERENT from the "new" holder -- with a problem coin -- which is supposed to go into the OLD holders (or is it the OLD old holders) but the problem causing the net grade is not listed. Have they changed their slab AGAIN but not made any announcement on their website? How does this inspire confidence? I don't have very much....

What I find interesting though is that they labeled that as a details grade with no problems noted.

That is exactly what I was about to say.
what does that mean?
Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
I hope they left out the reason by mistake, I don't like it if it's the new way of labeling problems.
It does seem to be missing the reasons it is listed "MS60 details"
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
