EBAY scammer Caught and appeared on Judge Judy

WoW!!! I watched this through and this made me sick to my stomach!
This lady and her husband is a total rip off artist.
This is a MUST WATCH UTUBE VIDEO:

This brings back haunting memories when somebody scammed me out of a PSA 6 1933 Goudy Babe Ruth cards a few years ago on Ebay.
But I got the last laugh, when the scammer tried to buy a house and was denied due to a lien/red flag on his credit. And garnished wages that were never paid to me in small claims court.

That makes me sick to my stomach, those ladies buy an item and the scammer sends them a photo of the item.
If I was the judge I would have sent her butt of to prison away from her kids!

somebody was doing that on ebay not too longa go,you got a pcture of the card,i can remember a thread about it,illl have to turn on my laptop and watch it ,this puter dont have any speakers hooks up to it

You were lucky you got anything from a small claims settlement, many states do not allow wages to be garnished for those judgements.

Sad part is the whole thing could have been a sham. Both the plaintiff and defendant got paid for appearing on the show.

The thing with Judge Judy, though, is that the scammer is not out a single dime, which sucks.

His "fee" for appearing on the show is that whomever loses the contest, the show picks up the tab. (e.g. the show pays the mother/daughter, not the scammer)

I Didn't recieve squat! The guy never paid. So I refused to remove the charges. It's still on his record today!

Oh yeah, he attempted to pay me, sent me a Fed Ex envelope with nothing inside, then asked to me to have

the charges dropped. He even went so far to try and sue me in court, and I still didn't drop the charges.

That is the bad thing about a small claims settlement I would imagine probaly 70% or more never get paid.

I took US Air to small claims court in the mid-80s. They refused to let me bring my guitar (in a hardshell case) on board. When I picked it up, the case was damaged and the guitar was smashed. Some lunkhead in the baggage crew sat on it or put somethinng heavy on it. They obviously didn't show up for the small claims hearing. The judge was going to rule in their favor since I didn't purchase insurance until I showed her the fine print on the airline ticket that provided automatic insurance coverage up to $1000. She ruled in my favor. US Air didn't pay so I contacted the court. They said they would notify US Air that they would send a sheriff to seize property, like a plane, until they pay. I soon received my check and a letter thanking me for using their airline.

It sounds like the courts no longer do that. Or maybe it's easier to go after a major corporation and force them to pay than to go after a private individual.
