1995 D Tonned Lincoln

Found this nicely toned penny with a cool looking bluish tint. The photos don't do it justice though. Though I'd share anyway. Also I'm practicing my grading and I've guessed at EF-45 due to the toning and you can see the start of a fingerprint behing Lincoln's head. Am I ball park or way off??
