Discount PCGS grading rate for Moderns?

I recently picked 35 of the 2006 Franklin coins from a friend..they were still in the Mint Shipping box , so may take a stab at sending the coins to PCGS..Is there a discounted rate for a multiple submission ?

You need a minimum of 100 coins per order to receive bulk rates.

But up to 4 different Dates/MM from the same series for bulk.
Also, Moderns ('65-on) are less to slab, $14, than pre-'64 coins, $18 (economy)/$30 (Regular).
