No decision/refund: 2007 Wyoming 25c, Venture a guess

My latest order posted last night. They were all 2007 Wyoming Business strike quarters. I know the answer but care to venture a guess as to why I rec'd 3 no decision/refunds? Will post the answer later this afternoon. No decision/refund is not often seen. It's a first for me. Guess away!

Comments
1) They dropped your coins and they were damaged so no grade but no charge either.
2) Your box opened en-route and 3 coins were missing when they got it.
3) A cat broke into the grading room and vomited on your coins.
4) Customer service missed the sound of your voice on the phone so they messed up your order just to give you a reason to call.
I would be very curious on the outcome of this especially since the coins are so new!

3 coins were just like this. The mintmark is very faint but readable with a 5x loupe. The date is very faint also. I just wanted them in a regular slab with no error notation. I guess they couldn't decide on a grade or want me to send it for error designation. Neat error! Messydesk wins!!
