Current market price question

I live on the Darkside but I own the following two US coins:

1) 1908 $2.5 Indian Head NGC MS64

2) 1911-D $20 St. Gaudens PCGS MS65

What would be the current approximate market price for each of these coins ?

I got told that the price guide isn't an accurate representation of prices.

I tried to sell the St Gaudens last year and priced it according to the price guide.

Unfortunately I got told that the price should be lower hence I thought that I'd ask the actual buyers and sellers of these coins.

Heritage, Teletrade, Ebay, and the PCGS auction archives are your friend. A person interested in selling can find the range that coins are selling in. Prices will vary, depending on where sold, the quality of the coin for the grade, the holder the coin is in, market ups and downs.
