I called to have a rep take my bids during live bidding and they handled pain in the arse me wonderfully. I don't know about you guys/gals but bidding over the phone can be disasterous, and yet they made it so simple it was quite enjoyable. uncredibly professional, paid for it with cc the next day and they shipped it out immediately. What more can you ask, now if the coin is as nice as the service then I am very very satisfied. Just wanted to let the forum know, thats all, please return to your normal programing.

Really, there is no need to call me a rockstar in public....In private perhaps, but genuflecting is very unnecessary in this day and age. I have a great auction staff and it all comes down to that. Of course you can always send any feedback both positive and negative directly to me or anyone on my auction staff.

I have not done any phone bidding with them...But I have purchased via their on line auctions....I love 'em, great service and very courteous. I bid now in every auction..but my win rate has dropped off...

I've always liked Superior. And espcially Paul. Always helpful and friendly. Superior gave me the break
I needed when I wanted to consign to a major auction. No others would.

yes it was........at least 2-3 years ago. I have rescinded my remarks as I consider them not fair to you.

LOL, I started here april 2005, so if the virus happened after that, I will take some flack. If before that, I will consider it my predecessor's issue ;-)

I agree that the $25 for shipping is a major concern when wanting a lower cost coin. I feel Superior is losing money for their cosigners by not doing better here. With that said, I won a higher priced coin from their Long Beach Auction.
