1953 Proof Washington FS-101 Doubled Die

I was going through some of my proof coins, and I noticed this 1953 quarter. It looks like a FS-101 to me. What do you guys think?

    The "1" in the date definitely looks doubled, almost tripled. The motto is also definitely doubled.

    The Cherrypickers guide lists it at $150 in PF-63. image

    Looks like the dot by the 1 would be a good marker if it is.
