I know PSA just did a Tall Boy special, but I missed it. I have a two part question, if anyone can help...

Are 1981 Topps Scratch Off's "Tall Boys" ?

Do I have to submit a 25-card order of "Tall Boys", otherwise I can't fingure out how to submit just a few from the PSA submission center.

I can answer the first part. Yes, 1981 Topps Scratch-off are considered tallboys if they haven't been separated. If separated, then they are just regular sized cards.

Tall boys can be submitted under any service level based on value and desired turnaround times. They do need to be separated from regular sized cards.
If you would like to take advantage of the bulk Tallboy service level then you do need 25 cards minimum and they must be valued under $75 each.
