Vegas Coin show 10/4-10/5---worth going?

I will just happen to be in Vegas (I live in NJ) for this coin show at Sam's Casino.

Is it worth attending, or is it your typical smaller type show?

Thx

it is a small show but they are always worth attending, as sometimes, in fact many times, its a matter of being at the right place at the right time..

and if you don't go, you may miss out on a hidden GEM...

I dunno. The table count I seem to recall being respectable. We have friends in Vegas so it could be a geat excuse to visit them. Anyway, not a bad time to be there; generally not oppressively hot, but pleasant.

and you never know if a certian 'hepkitty' will be there..

as rumor has it, she is always in Hepcat City....

and if you don't find her at the casinos, you can often find her at Las Vegas Motorsports park, AKA 'the Strip'..

you can slightly see me at the bottom of this very recent picture to the left of the NHRA logo...

I will be there on one day. For anyone planning to attend please keep in mind that this show is nowhere near the size of the ANA/ Las Vegas Coin Collectibles Expo of the past years.

According to one site, the setup day is today (THU the 4th) and the show is open to the public FRI and SAT 10/5 and 10/6. Does anyone have the true info on this? The one I looked at appears to be representing the show's coordinator and probably is more correct than other sites' info. Wonder if half the dealers bail out early on SAT too.

Last year Sunday was the last day, and about 80% of the coin dealers had already left that morning.

The Gun Show was a good time, looked at some interesting Civil War memorabilia.
