Satin Finish vs Normal Finish

I'm looking through some Sacagawea Dollars tonight to pass some time and have ended up confusing myself. How can you tell the difference between a Satin Finished coin and a normal finish. I've read several different definitions on the subject, yet it isn't clear to me when going through 75-100 coins on which is which. Can anyone clear up my confusion for me?

Besides the listing on the label..(humor)..the Satin Finish has a Gloss sand blast effect vs a Glossy shiny surface on the normal finish...
