FYI, you can specify a minimum grade when you submit. I'm guessing the submitter didn't have an eagle eye, but rather specified that anything not receiving a 10 was to be shipped back unslabbed.

Makes sense... nobody's going to pay a premium for a mint 9 2007 card if it isn't an insert.

That had to be a special deal made. Why would somebody want the card back ungraded rather than a PSA 9 holder. I can't think of any card that is worth more raw than in a PSA 9 holder. Beckett makes those deals a lot.
