End Roll Frankie Toner - send to PCGS?

I just got this today from an ebay auction. Now I'm in a quandry - break the roll and send this to PCGS, or keep the roll intact?

If it was a roll of earlier dates, absolutely.
I knew it would happen.

Keep that paper from the roll and wrap it around one of them and put it in your garage for 5-10 years............congrats...that's a pretty coin...

<< <i>The other end is toned, but not as fully. Better than this shot shows, tho.
Any guesses on what caused the green colorization of the paper wrapping in the top photo...in comparison to the light brownish colorization in the second (other side) photo?

What do you grade the obverse based on what you can see now?
(But maybe I'm a conservative grader compared to today's standards. And, I really haven't looked at Franklins for a long time. It does have a fair number of small and medium contact marks, and some scuffs.)

<< <i>My estimate - lucky if it grades higher than MS-63.

Then I wouldn't break it out for that coin, nor send it in. The pic definately looks much better than a 63, but it is a tad out of focus. I'd also be worried about end roll rub, which would make it a NG. What about the rest of the roll? A nice white 66FBL would bring some bucks, but the odds are against you. Good luck whatever you choose.

<< <i>if you like that kind of toning, by all means send it in. Either way, if it comes back a 66 it's only a $70 coin. If by chance it comes back FBL ( Full Bell Lines) add another $50-$60...........Hope this helps in your decision.........Rick >>
If it comes back 66 I would give way more than $70 for it.
When I broke all of the toners from my 1958 Roosie rolls, all I did was put them into 2x2's. I haven't even gone through the rest of the coins in those rolls, and part of my "code" as a coin collector is to actually look at every coin that I buy. That means I have to look through 960 more Roosies before I can do anything else, lol.
I have 4 toned Kennedys in PCGS slabs and 16 more to send in. Such is the state of my organizational scheme.
Someday, I probably will break out my prize, but for now I hope to enjoy this roll as nice 'n original. While I am fortunate to remain a working stiff, I will just continue to buy rolls for a future time.
I know that if something ever happens to me in an untimely fashion, my fiancee' is going to be on this website, asking ya'll for help in getting rid of a whole bunch of coins from our lockbox.

A 66FBL would be sweet. Go to a few of your best grading friends, and get a consensus on the grade.
