does anyone know of any forums or discussion groups dedicated to military script. my grandfather gave me several notes, script, and coins from north and south korea as well as some script from ww2 concentration camps.

I know there are some out there, and there is an association dedicated to military scrip, but if you're just interested in IDing a few things there are other ways.

The Pick catalogs (Standard Catalog of World Paper Money, Vols II & III) list most military issues among all the other regular currency issues in the world. These can usually be browsed at a local library or decent bookstore if you're not interested in buying.

Ron Wise's site lists many as well. (Might be your best short-term solution for quick and basic IDs)

And then there are several specialty books for US MPCs.
