1864 Bronze IHC, repunched date, doubled or just a banged up die?

When I first louped the date it looked repunched. Now I am not sure what is going on with it. The coin is heavily clashed with profile showing on reverse as well as the wreath on the obverse.

I think that is Longacre Doubling of which some good Indian cent collector can better describe than I. I know on the 64 L, there is a recognized RPD variety.

1864 has a bunch of RPD's. Yours doesn't look like one of them though.

Only RPD I can find for the bronze is a FND-001 Double Die Obv. Die cracks on reverse seem to indicate this might be it. There appears to be some doubling on Liberty and a trace of the L on the ribbon.

    Looks like a S-9.

"Longacre doubling" should be called extra outlines, or something without "doubling". It does not show up on dates, as it is on the hub so for Indian Cents its only on legend and portrait.
