Help with what this is T 206?? Insert Card??

Hi everyone,

I am not familiar with newer cards and this is a Topps Insert I think?? Is this a real T 206 card?? Can someone venture a guess as to grade and approximate value. Are they all this nicely centered?

Thanks

Jeff

Yes, they are authentic. It is one of the nicer conditioned ones I have seen that they used for those.

Yup, topps 206 insert. That is a real card inside. Im pretty sure the grade the outer card only though.

You could definalty do that. Though i think they sell for more still in the card thing. Just more potential buyers that way.

That came from the T206 Topps from a few years back, and yes that is one of the nicer cards, they bought back a bunch of T206s and put them in these holders. Though I have never seen one of these in a PSA graded holder.

There are collectors that collect the T206's in the inserts and are trying to complete the set.
For that reason, these usually sell for more in the holder than the T206 would sell for by itself.
    Sometimes quite a bit more.

If it is a non-Southern Leaguer or HOFer, I've been able to pick some up on eBay for $30-40. Sometimes they can sell for over $50+

I would not bust that card out of it's holder..........top looks trimmed anyway.

  • I've got a T-205 in one of those holders (Sorry, I can't get my scanner to work on any of these new computers). I've been struggling with whether to bust it out and get it graded or sell it like it is. Or just keep it. It's purdy.
