Franklin Half Dollar, off center Liberty Bell

Hello,
As I was going through a roll of Franklin's this evening, I noticed that on a number of them the Liberty Bell is off center compared to the Bust of Franklin.
I was wondering if this is normal or rare and if so how does it affect the value of the coin?
I tried to do a search on this topic but did not have any luck, probably my fault.

    Are you talking about the bell being rotated? If so a rotated dies are very common. If you are talking about the actual bell off center then that could be a different story.

    My mistake and I apologize, yes the bell is rotated not off center.
