PCGS does not offer the TrueView service anymore???!!!

PCGS does not offer the TrueView service anymore???!!! I have read many posts here about new TrueView PCGS coins other members have received back but was told recently by their customer service department that "We don't offer that service anymore". I clearly marked on the Submission form that I wanted a TrueView done of it and added the extra $5.
Any info on this???

They still offer it. Sort of. Maybe. Sometimes. Every now and then.

if you added the money and clearly marked your form, you will get the service. Just because CS doesn't know about it doesn't mean that PCGS doesn't do it!

I never did get the TrueView. But if they still have the service maybe I will send the coin in again.
