Good price? Bad Price?

Do you think I go this for a good price or a bad price? I am new to collecting, but when I looked up the possible worth of the cards on SMR, it seemed like a good investment. Could be wrong.

Population is only 25 for the whole set so there is no demand for them. I believe you overpaid unless you like the set. Won't be worth much unless demand picks up and I don't see that happening. chaz

The cards are really big and if ou are thinking about having them graded (your reference to SMR...), it only becomes wortwhile if you get 9s or 10s of the best stars...and even then it is $15/card to grade.

If you're happy with your purchase, that is all that counts.
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
